Returns And Exchange Policies
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know within 48 hours of receipt of the product. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. Once received, the customer care team at Linen Bloom would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be facilitated.
EASY DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:
Step 1
You need to inform us by email within 7 business days of receiving the parcel. If we are not informed within 5 business days regarding a return, the merchandise is considered sold for good.
Step 2
Please await a mail confirmation from our end for initiating the return. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
Step 3
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, include your completed invoice and Courier the parcel back to us. Address details will be shared in the email.
● No returns/Exchanges on discounted merchandise.
● All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
● We do not accept any Returns/Exchanges for sizes 3XL & above.
Note: In the event that the order is canceled and returned after confirmation, you will get a store credit refund that you can apply to future purchases.
